Yes, you can. The return period is 30 days starting from the time the order is delivered. We will issue the refund once we receive the return and it may take 2-3 business days to reflect on your account depending upon the payment method used.

ALL refurbished products can be returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY. For Certified Refurbished products, we do not accept returns for credit or refund. Proven defective products will be exchanged with a replacement refurbished Edifier speaker, headphone or earphone, as determined by Edifier North America, or the authorized service provider.
